March for the Children of Palestine in Sheffield

On Saturday, people filled the streets of Sheffield as they marched from Endcliffe Park to the Town Hall to call for an end to the Genocide and particularly an end to the UK’s supply of weapons to Israel. Over 17,000 children have been killed in Gaza since October 2023. Israel continues to prevent food, water, and medicine from being delivered, and the bombing continues, putting everyone in Gaza at extreme risk. There is even evidence that UN workers were shot at close range, execution style, by the Israeli forces.

On a weekend when Sheffield’s MP Abtisam Mohamed was detained and prevented from visiting the West Bank, we must double our efforts to make our Government listen and stop selling arms to Israel.
