Are you a Councillor, MP, business person, scientist or a concerned citizen? If so, you must hear the National Emergency Briefing.
The climate and nature crisis threatens all aspects of British life, from national security to the food supply. Despite the scale of the risks now facing the UK, there has been no comprehensive national emergency briefing delivered to the public by the Government.
A new film from the National Emergency Briefing is soon to be screened at many locations around Sheffield – a public information initiative to ensure Sheffield is fully briefed on the climate and nature crisis.
The film is due for release on 7th April, and presents the national implications of climate and nature breakdown – along with credible, positive responses – in a single, accessible account designed for screening in communities across the UK.
The film includes expert analysis on every aspect of the emergency, including nature, climate, tipping points, energy transition, food security, weather extremes, health, economics and national security.
